★ Base treatment:
Make sure that the substrate is firm and flat, without hollowing, and the substrate surface is clean and free of oil stain, film remover, floating dust, loose matter and other stains. The base course with high water absorption shall be wetted with clean water.

★ Construction process
1. Take the binder powder out of the plastic bucket, and fill the bucket with clean cold water to the assembly line marked on the bucket body. (The amount of water added for every 20 kg of bagged binder is about 5.5 liters)
2. Pour the binder powder into a bucket, and stir it with an electric mixer until it is even and free of caking.
3. First, use a special scraper to fill the base surface with 3-5mm thick mortar, and then use the toothed side of the scraper to pull out stripes in a straight line or S-shape (the intersection of the scraper plane and the base plane is 45 to 60 degrees, and it is recommended to use scraper with different tooth depths according to the size of the ceramic tile).
4. Tiles do not need to be immersed in water, just stick them on the wall or ground in order and compact them.
5. The position of the tiles can be adjusted within the specified time to achieve better results. Please remove the excess mortar before the mortar is dried.

★ Precautions

3. Anti freezing type can be used in winter, and construction can be carried out within - 10 ℃.
★ Storage and transportation

2. It shall be stored in a cool and dry place. During storage and transportation, it shall be protected from moisture, moisture and exposure. The storage period is 9 months.
