1、 Purpose

XGN2-12 box type fixed metal enclosed switchgear is a complete set of high-voltage switch equipment introduced and produced by our company in 1995 and developed by Xi'an Electric Appliance Research Institute. The main primary elements used in the equipment are all redesigned. Compared with the handcart switch cabinet and GG-1 (A) F switch cabinet mainly used at that time, they have a higher insulation level and protection grade. No phase to phase and phase to ground partitions and insulating gases of any form are used inside, and secondary circuits are not used Plug (That is, the protection and control circuits are always connected regardless of the state of the equipment); The product is used as a high-voltage complete equipment for receiving and distributing electric energy in the 3-10kV single bus, single bus with bypass system. This product meets the requirements of "five prevention". All product indicators comply with GB3906 3-35kV AC Metal Enclosed Switches and IEC298 technical standards.

2、 Environmental conditions for use

3、 Structure and error prevention device

Structure The switch cabinet is a metal enclosed box type structure. The cabinet frame is welded by angle steel. The cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, bus bar room, cable room and relay room by steel plate, and the operation of main elements in the cabinet can be observed through the observation window and lighting on the door. In order to improve the technical performance of the switchgear, the main components have been redesigned (such as circuit breakers, rotary disconnectors, etc.). According to the cabinet layout, the relay room can be installed with relays, and the door can be installed with signal relays, indicating instruments, signal lights, transfer switch installation and operation chambers. The rear is the bus compartment. The lower part is the cable room, so users can easily connect wires. The front is the circuit breaker room, which facilitates the maintenance of the switch cabinet. The "five prevention" function of the error prevention device is to prevent the wrong opening and closing of the circuit breaker; Prevent the loaded disconnecting switch from opening and closing by mistake; Prevent electrified closing of grounding switch; Prevent the power supply from being connected when the grounding switch is closed; Prevent from entering the charged space by mistake.
The switch cabinet adopts the mandatory mechanism locking mode. The locking device is composed of the main components such as the support, disc, panel, lock plate, handle, and link rod. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, complete functions, simple structure, and easy operation, so as to achieve the "five prevention" simply and effectively: the control switch (KW switch) with red and green flip cards is used in the circuit breaker scheme, It is used to prevent false opening and closing of circuit breaker due to wrong spacing; Only after the circuit breaker is truly disconnected can the small handle be pulled out from the "working" position and turned right to the "disconnection locking" position. Opening and closing disconnectors prevent on load opening and closing disconnectors. The reversibility of locking and anti locking has dual anti error function, that is, when the small handle is in the "breaking locking" position, the upper and lower disconnectors can only be closed and opened, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed and opened, which avoids the possibility of mistakenly closing the circuit breaker; When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower disconnectors are in the closing state, and the small handle is in the "working" position, the front and rear cabinet doors cannot be opened, so as to prevent accidental access to the live space; When the upper and lower disconnectors are not opened, the grounding switch is closed. The small handle cannot be turned from the "opening locking" position to the "maintenance" position, which can prevent the electrified grounding wire from hanging; If the grounding switch is not opened, the upper and lower disconnectors cannot be closed, which can prevent the grounding wire from closing the disconnectors

4、 Maintenance

The distribution room and cabinet shall be kept dry and clean without sundries; The vacuum circuit breaker must be checked every 1000 times of operation or every six months to observe the amount of overtravel, and timely adjust in case of problems; The moving parts of operating mechanism and other devices shall be provided with clean lubricating oil; If the circuit breaker trips due to short circuit, the main contact must be checked for performance before it can be put into use; The operating parameters of the switch cabinet shall not exceed the nameplate * * * value; Under normal circumstances, the vacuum circuit breaker emits blue light or white light when opening and closing. If it emits a color light, it indicates that there is slight vacuum leakage. If it emits a red light meter, it is prohibited to use if there is serious vacuum leakage.
