Structure of electric heating film function system

Dilong electric heating film heating system is composed of electric heating film, T-shaped cable, temperature sensor, cable, temperature controller, etc. It is the only electric heating film heating system that can be safely installed in the concrete ± cement mortar layer at present, and its construction technology is flexible. It is a high-tech product of flexible heating. Except that the temperature controller is installed on the indoor wall, other parts of the whole system are hidden under the ground.
Main components:
1. Heating element. The electric heating film is a heating element that connects the electric heating film with a conductive sheet, a trunk line and a T-shaped cable, has a leakage current and electromagnetic radiation protection system inside, and is sealed with PVC insulation and waterproof materials outside.

2. Temperature control equipment. The temperature controller is used to measure and control the indoor temperature to save electric energy. The general control temperature range of the dual sensor temperature controller is 5 ℃~30 ℃. Two temperature sensors are built in the double sensing temperature control switch, one is placed in the temperature controller to feel the indoor temperature; The other is placed in the filling layer on the electric heating film to feel the ground temperature. Users can set the temperature of each room within 5 ℃~30 ℃ as required. When the room temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat will automatically disconnect the power supply; When the room temperature is lower than the set value, the temperature controller will automatically switch on the power supply and the electrothermal film will start to heat.

3. Connecting line. T-shaped cable is a special cable connecting several electric heating films into a group, which is composed of 2.5mm2 waterproof insulated two core cable.
