Construction method:
1、 Check the surface to be coated: before construction, the surface of the steel member needs to be derusted and painted according to the standard anticorrosive paint 。 The coating surface shall be clean and free of oil stain, dust and dew to ensure that the substrate surface is clean and dry.

3、 Bag opening: check whether the name and model of the coating are consistent with the design specifications. Check whether the product has exceeded the storage period. If it has exceeded the storage period, it can still be used after passing the inspection. In case of caking, all caking shall be taken out and shall not be mixed into the paint for use, so as not to affect the product quality.
4、 Construction environment: the ambient temperature at the construction site shall be 5-38℃, Wind force exceeds five Spraying is not suitable.
5、 Fire resistance and coating thickness: determine the coating thickness according to the fire resistance requirements proposed by the design institute and the fire department.
