Construction method:
Construction equipment:
Sanding blender , squeeze propeller pump , air compressor, coating, cleaning, transportation tools, etc.
Paint mixing:
A、 Manual application: water: paint=7:10;
B、 Mechanical spraying: batching according to the ratio of water: paint=8:10, and mixing evenly. The prepared coating shall be used up within 4h. Because of the implementation
Water can be added and allocated according to different industrial machinery and equipment, secondary lining water absorption and weather conditions.
Construction: the construction environment temperature is 5 ℃ - 20 ℃. The thickness of better spraying should be about 4mm, and the thickness of later spraying and plastering can be about 5-8mm. The interval of each construction shall not be less than 48h.
Curing: keep the coating surface wet within 7-10 days of coating spraying to enhance the performance of the coating.
