1. The following treatment construction shall be carried out after the acceptance of steel structure.
2. The surface of steel structural members shall be derusted and treated for rust prevention and corrosion prevention.
3. Before construction, the dust, grease, moisture, etc. on the surface of steel structure components shall be cleaned up. It is strictly prohibited to paint on wet surfaces.
4. Before use, the product must be fully mixed evenly. It can be diluted by adding appropriate amount of water according to the construction conditions. Excessive amount will affect its performance.
5. During construction, the thickness of one coat is about 0.5-1mm. The next coat shall be applied after the coat is dry. The thickness of each coat is about 1-2mm, and there shall be no missed coating. The interval between each coat is 8-24 hours. The thickness of the coat meets the design requirements.
6. The construction environment temperature should be between 5~35 ℃, the relative humidity should not be more than 80%, and the air should be well ventilated. When the wind speed is greater than 5m/s, rainy days or component surface is dewed, construction is not suitable.
