What are the types of materials for electric fireproof partitions
There are two types of electric fireproof partition materials, one is organic fireproof board, the other is inorganic fireproof partition, Inorganic fireproof partition is also called fireproof partition or nonflammable fire-retardant board. This plate is made of a variety of non combustible materials through scientific deployment and pressing. It has the characteristics of good flame retardancy, non combustion in case of fire, high mechanical strength, non explosion, water and oil resistance, strong chemical corrosion resistance, etc. In the combustion test of DC-A2 type inorganic fireproof partition, it is not deformed, all indicators meet the requirements of GB23864-2009, and the combustion performance meets the standard of (incombustibility A1 (A)) specified in GB8624-2012, DC-A2 type inorganic fireproof partition is mainly applicable to the fireproof protection and fireproof separation of cables of various voltages when they are laid on the support or bridge. It is widely used in the fireproof and flame retardancy of cable engineering in various domestic power plants, chemical enterprises, iron and steel smelting enterprises, mines and other cable intensive places. It is also a fire retardant material for indoor decoration fire retardant works in large shopping malls, hotels, hotels, cultural and sports clubs, closed clothing markets, light industry markets, cinemas and other public places.
During the cable laying design, to prevent the cable from being ignited due to short circuit of the cable or external fire source, and the fire accident from expanding along the cable, effective fire blocking and separation measures shall be taken for the cable and cable structures. The common positions that need fire blocking are as follows:
1. For the parts where the cable is easy to catch fire, the cable passes through high temperature, explosive, flammable, dangerous goods warehouse, oil tank, oil pipeline and hot pipeline.
2. Power plant and substation control center, important workshop, cable channel inlet and outlet.
3. The cable is laid in the overhead bridge, and the overhead bridge passes through the section with high temperature, flammable, explosive and harmful gas.
4. All interfaces from the main power house and auxiliary power house of the thermal power plant to the outside.
5. Boiler room and gas turbine generator room of thermal power plant.
6. Indoor and outdoor interfaces of thermal power plant generator.

7. Channels of high and low voltage auxiliary distribution room, unit centralized control room, DC room, electronic computer room, electronic equipment room and holes for cables entering panels, cabinets, screens, desks, boxes, etc. in thermal power plants.
8. Pressure relief valve of belt layer and pulverizing system near pulverizer in boiler room and coal bunker room of thermal power plant.
9. The interface between the cable shaft and the tunnel at the zero meter floor, and the shaft head passing through the floor slabs of each floor.
