Construction method
﹥ 32% water can be added in the first construction, which is more conducive to the penetration of active substances in materials. The amount of water added in the second construction is 30%. The amount of water added shall be well weighed and strictly executed during construction, and it shall not be added at will. When constructing the wet surface of the basement with back water, the amount of water added for two times can only be 30%.
﹥ SB feels difficult to stir at the beginning after adding water, and it will heat up if the amount of water is not enough, but remember not to add additional water at this time. After mixing evenly, the mixture will become thinner and thinner. The mixture can be painted only after mixing thinly. When there is a lot of mixture, use a hand-held mixer to mix. Brush while stirring.
﹥ When the stone paint spray gun is used for spraying, the pressure, the distance between the nozzle and the base surface shall be reasonably adjusted so that the slurry can be sprayed to the base surface at a certain pressure without rebounding.
﹥ The mixed powder shall be used up within 20 minutes of operation. Do not add water to the fast setting slurry before reuse.
﹥ During construction, pay attention to prevent the slurry from accumulating too thick or missing brush somewhere. After the previous coating loses light, the second coating can be applied for about 20 minutes to 1 hour.
﹥ It shall be painted 2-3 times when it is used for repairing the leakage on the back surface.
﹥ The curing can be carried out after final setting (1.5-2 hours). The curing period is 3-5 hours. It is strictly prohibited to directly flush with water during curing. It must be sprayed with fog water for curing. After spraying curing, it can be covered with wet straw curtains. No curing is required during construction in closed damp space. When the weather is hot or windy, the whitening of the base surface must be cured by spraying in time.
