1. 2. Fabrication: The fabrication sequence of the door leaf skeleton shall be set out in full scale on a flat operation site, and all kinds of steel materials shall be cut after straightening.
(1) Door type made of angle steel: the stiles shall be placed correctly first, and the upper and lower caps and general rails shall be welded on the stiles. Pay attention to the straightness of the bars during welding. The steel plate welded at the four corners and the steel box of the door shaft must be correctly positioned and leveled before welding. If there is a small door leaf, the frame of the small door leaf should be welded first, and then the short rail should be welded. Then turn over the skeleton and weld the folding brace if it is qualified.
(2) The door type made of channel steel: the stiles and the top end should be cut into a 45 degree bevel before welding. The stiles and the bottom end should be butt jointed. After the general rails and the seam angle steel are welded, they must be inspected and corrected. If they are qualified, the four corner stiffeners, round pipes and folding braces can be welded. If there is a small door, the frame of the small door leaf should be welded first, and then the short rail should be welded. The cantilever plate assembly of the door shaft should be prepared for welding after the framework is fabricated to facilitate flexible opening after the steel plate is laid and installed.
(3) During the welding process, the bars shall be tightly combined. During the processing, attention shall be paid to the necessary chamfering, chamfering and removal of the collision parts. All rods and parts shall be regular, straight, and the weld surface shall be flat. Except for the intermittent welding of the flat steel for the cover seam of the door type made of angle steel and the intermittent welding of the angle steel for the three sides of the cover seam of the door type made of channel steel, the rest shall be continuous welding, and the continuous welding shall not have discontinuities, overburning, cracks, etc.
(4) After the skeleton is fabricated, the steel plate can be laid after passing the inspection. The steel plate can be welded or riveted. The vertical and horizontal seams of the steel plate are overlapped. The overlap should be staggered and intermittent spot welded inside and outside. For the door type made of angle steel, the steel plate is laid in the embedded way. Except that the lower part is laid flat and straight, the rest are laid at the corner. When laying the steel plate at the upper part, the cushion strip shall be set to lay straight, and the backing plate shall be removed after the steel plate is welded or riveted firmly. For the door type made of channel steel, the steel plate is laid externally and rolled around. The connection between the steel plate and the framework should be spot welded. If riveting is used, the production unit shall handle it according to relevant regulations.
(5) After the door leaf framework and hardware parts are made, the qualified ones shall be coated with two layers of antirust paint, and the friction parts of the parts shall be coated with one layer of lubricating oil, and then coated with medium ready mixed paint after installation.
