PVC waterproof coiled materials mainly have the following construction processes: mechanical fixation method, empty paving method, full bonding method to adapt to different roof, underground and other civil engineering. The adjacent coiled materials are overlapped by welding method to ensure the reliability of waterproof.
1. Roof works: (GB50207-2002)
The strength, thickness, moisture content and other indicators of the construction base meet the national standard design process requirements before the construction of PVC waterproof coiled materials.
Determine the order of laying direction of the planned coiled material, and arrange it on the base naturally according to the outline of the waterproof layer. It shall be flat and straight without bending, and shall be lapped according to the lapping width required by the specification with accurate size.
Fix according to the selected fixing method, such as mechanical fixing method and full adhesion method, and the fixing points shall be sealed tightly.
The welding surface at the lap joint of waterproof coiled material shall be wiped clean and dry. The lap joint completion shall not be less than 60mm. Hot air welding shall be used. The welding nozzle shall be at a 45 degree angle to the welding direction during welding. The pressure roller shall be parallel to the welding nozzle and keep a distance of about 5mm. The welding edge shall be bright and the slurry shall seep out. There shall be no missing welding, skip welding, burning or insecure welding. The coiled material at non welding parts shall not be damaged during welding.
The end of coiled material shall be fixed with metal battens, and the larger nail distance shall not be greater than 900mm. Sealed with sealing paste and sealed with cement mortar.
After the construction of waterproof parts of the whole project is completed, quality inspection and treatment shall be carried out as a whole, and finished products shall be protected.
2. Underground works (GB50208-2002)
The construction method of underground works can be divided into two types: external prevention and external sticking method and external prevention and internal sticking method. PVC waterproof coiled materials with different thickness and specifications shall be selected according to GB50208-2002, and the following general terms shall be followed for different methods.
The strength, thickness, moisture content and other indicators of the construction base shall meet the design requirements of the national specifications before the construction of PVC waterproof coiled materials.
The construction method shall be reasonably selected according to the different waterproof parts in accordance with GB50208-2002.
The lap width of coiled materials shall not be less than 100mm, the joints of the upper and lower layers of coiled materials shall be staggered by 1/3, and the upper and lower layers of coiled materials shall not be laid perpendicular to each other.
The lap joint can also be welded with multiple welds, and the lap width of a single weld shall not be less than 10mm.
The PVC waterproof coiled material shall be laid smoothly without sagging, tension and damage. The next process can be carried out after inspection and confirmation.
