4 Operation of belt line

Before the operation of the belt line, first make sure that the belt line equipment, personnel and transported goods are in a safe and sound state; Secondly, check whether all moving parts are normal without foreign matters, and check whether all electrical lines are normal. Only when they are normal can the belt line be put into operation. Later, check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment does not exceed ± 5%.
When the belt line is put into operation, the following operations must be carried out:
1. Turn on the main power switch, and check whether the equipment power supply is sent in normally and whether the power indicator is on. Proceed to the next step after it is normal.
2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. Under normal conditions: the equipment does not act, the belt line operation indicator is not on, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical equipment in turn according to the process flow, and start the next electrical equipment after the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state).

Secondly, it should be noted that all kinds of personnel should not touch the moving part of the belt line, and non professionals should not touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will.
