4、 Scope of application:
It is suitable for waterproofing works of highway bridges, urban overpasses, bridges and culverts.
5、 Construction, transportation and storage:
1. Preparation of construction tools: Before construction, the mixing bucket shall be prepared, and the spraying machine or special bristle brush shall be used.
2. Foundation surface requirements: the strength of bridge deck and beam concrete shall reach the design mark, and the surface shall be free of loose laitance, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking. The surface flatness shall meet the requirements of bridge specifications. The elevation of the upper opening of the vertical drainage pipe shall be lower than the elevation of the base layer. The drainage outlet must be firmly installed with the base layer without any looseness.
3. The base surface shall be clean, dry and free of ponding.
4. Base surface treatment: The base surface shall be free of dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc. Before the waterproof layer is made, the surface can be cleaned by air compressor, water purification, degreasing agent, etc. If there are hard sundries such as concrete and mortar, they should be polished off.
6、 Construction steps of waterproof layer: (take three coats as an example)
1) The barreled coating shall be stirred evenly before painting.
2) Before large-area painting, use a small brush to paint the leak twice, and apply waterproof paint three times on the internal corners, and then brush the first coat of paint on a large area.
3) The second coating can be applied after the first coating is dry.
4) The second coat of paint shall be applied after the surface is dry.
5. Coating amount: 0.5~1.0kg/m2, the film thickness is generally 0.6~1.3.mm, and the spraying is 0.3kg/m2.
6. The construction temperature should be 0~35 ℃. It is not suitable for construction in rainy days and freezing periods.

8. Transportation: The product is harmless and nonflammable, and can be transported by general transportation mode.
9. Storage: The storage period of the product is 12 months, and it should be stored in a warehouse above 0 ℃. In summer, it should be protected from sunlight.

Considering the strong mixing ability of slow cracking emulsified asphalt and the widespread application of cationic emulsified asphalt, slow cracking cationic emulsified asphalt is produced and the microscopic particle distribution of emulsified asphalt is measured by optical analyzer. The observation on the microscopic particle distribution of emulsified asphalt shows that the average particle size of emulsified asphalt is small, about 4 μ m. There are many contact points between asphalt particles and stone, which can well bind the stone and evenly distribute in the mixture, which is conducive to the improvement of water damage resistance and abrasion resistance.
