2、 Scope of use:

1. Foundation surface treatment before construction
The new concrete bridge deck shall have a curing period of at least 7 days, and it is recommended to use sand blasting to roughen it.
( 1) Firstly, the bad attachments on the road surface shall be removed, and the sand and debris on the road surface shall be cleaned. The places with oil stains shall be specially treated, which can be dissolved by solvent;
( 2) After the road is cleaned, sand blasting machine is used for sand blasting, so as to remove laitance on the road and some sundries that are not firmly attached, and make the road cleanliness and roughness meet the requirements;
( 3) The interface can be completely purged and dried by professional hair dryer.
Base course cleaning:
The surface of the base course shall be compacted and flat, and free of crisp, sanding and peeling. In order to improve the cohesion and shear strength between the waterproof layer and asphalt concrete pavement and the concrete base course, the concrete base course must be milled. Shot blasting machines, planers and milling machines should be used for milling, or roughening machines should be used for roughening to effectively remove laitance and obtain clean, hard and rough pockmarks.
2. Coating construction of waterproof layer:
High pressure airless spraying equipment shall be used for mechanical spraying. High spraying pressure and uniform spraying can ensure good embedding and bonding of coating and concrete pavement. The waterproof layer can be sprayed for several times according to the engineering grade and thickness requirements until it meets the standard requirements agreed in the design or contract The next spraying shall be carried out after the film is dry each time, and the spraying shall be carried out along the wind.
3. Fiber reinforced layer setting:
According to Technical Specification for Waterproof Engineering of Urban Bridge Deck CJJ139-2010 requires that the waterproof layer of bridge deck should be provided with short fiber and other matrix materials as the reinforcement layer. AWP-2000F distribution
( 1) Material consumption: 0.5kg-0.7kg/m2.

Manual coating:
Before construction, pour it into a container of appropriate size, mix it slightly for 3-5 minutes, and then the operator will use a roller to evenly coat it on the cement concrete or other disposal base surface. This method is generally recommended. The roller coating shall be as uniform as possible;
Spraying construction:
When the area is not large, the construction can be carried out manually with a spray gun, and the operator can hold the spray gun and apply evenly. In case of large road area, asphalt distributor can also be used for distribution, but the distribution amount shall be strictly controlled and the distribution shall be uniform. Note that when spraying construction is adopted, the pipeline shall be cleaned in time after spraying to avoid blocking the pipeline. At the same time, attention shall be paid to mixing evenly when using large barrels to prevent air from pouring in.
