Jiabaili FYT-1 bridge deck waterproof coating is a new type of composite waterproof coating, which is a kind of polymer composite material. It uses special domestic asphalt or * * * petroleum asphalt as the main raw material, together with various surfactants and chemical additives, SBS thermoplastic rubber as the auxiliary raw material, and is modified by adding more high molecular polymer resin.

1、 Construction process of fyt-1 bridge deck waterproof coating for cement concrete surface:

1. Foundation surface treatment before construction

The new concrete bridge deck shall have a curing period of at least 7 days, and it is recommended to adopt sand blasting and shot blasting.

(1) First, the bad attachments on the road surface shall be removed, and the sand and debris on the road surface shall be cleaned. The places with oil stains shall be specially treated, which can be dissolved by solvent;

(2) After the road surface is cleaned, the shot blasting machine is used for treatment, so as to remove the laitance and some sundries that are not firmly supported on the road surface, and make the road surface cleanliness and roughness meet the requirements;

(3) The interface can be completely purged and dried by professional hair dryer.

2. Requirements for base surface treatment:

The surface of cement concrete shall be dry and clean, free of laitance, pollutants, looseness, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking, and the interface shall be completely dry.

3. Distribution of gabriel fyt-1 bridge deck waterproof coating

(1) Material consumption: 0.3kg-0.6kg/m2

(2) After the interface is clean and completely dry, the construction of fyt-1 can be carried out. Manual coating and spraying can be used.

Manual coating: before construction, pour it into a container of appropriate size, mix it slightly for 3-5 minutes, and then the operator will use a roller to evenly coat it on the cement concrete or other disposal base surface. This method is generally recommended. The roller coating shall be as uniform as possible;

Spraying construction: when the area is not large, the construction can be carried out manually with a spray gun, and the staff can hold the spray gun to evenly apply. When the area is large, the asphalt distributor can also be used for distribution, but the distribution amount needs to be strictly controlled, and the distribution needs to be uniform. Note that when spraying construction is adopted, the pipeline should be cleaned in time after the distribution to avoid blocking the pipeline. At the same time, attention should be paid to mixing evenly when using large barrels to prevent air from pouring in.

Note: In order to achieve a good construction effect, Jiabaili fyt-1 bridge deck waterproof coating needs to be applied twice and in installments. The time interval between the first and second application at room temperature is 48h, and the asphalt layer can be constructed after 12 hours of construction.

2、 Construction process of gabriel fyt-1 bridge deck waterproof coating for base course surface:

1. Foundation surface treatment before construction

Before spraying, the base course shall be completely cleaned manually, and the sundries and floating dust on the surface of the base course shall be removed. If there is mud, it can be washed with a water truck.

2. Base treatment requirements

The surface of the base course must be free of sundries, dust, laitance, etc., and the surface should be completely dry.

3、 Precautions for construction of gabriel fyt-1 bridge deck waterproof coating:

(1) During construction, the foundation surface needs to be treated. The surface of the base surface shall be dry and clean, and the surface shall be free of loose laitance, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking. The oil stain shall be removed with solvent.

(2) , manual coating or mechanical spraying construction can be adopted, and the coating shall be uniform, and the invasion of air shall be prevented.

(3) The construction amount needs to be adjusted according to different pavement conditions.

(4) The temperature during construction is 040 ℃. It is not suitable for construction in rainy, windy and freezing weather.

(5) Smoking and all fireworks are prohibited during construction.

Storage: The storage period of the product is six months, and it should be stored in a warehouse above 0. In summer, it should be protected from sunlight.
