1、 Product introduction:
For road and bridge PB polymer modified asphalt based fiber reinforced waterproof coating It is a new environment-friendly waterproof coating made of petroleum asphalt as the base material, a variety of high molecular polymers as the composite modifier, and a scientific formula. The coating has good heat resistance, cohesiveness and shear resistance, as well as good affinity with petroleum asphalt products, which can fully meet the special requirements of asphalt concrete bridge deck waterproofing. With good and reliable waterproof performance, it is a special coating for waterproof construction of various bridges and viaducts.
2、 Technical indicators:
The products are divided into Type I and Type II according to their performance. The products shall comply with JC/T 975-2005 standard. The appearance of the brownish or dark brown liquid is uniform without gel and agglomeration after stirring.
3、 Product features:
(1) Aquatic products do not contain toxic and harmful volatile substances and do not pollute the environment.
(2) Good heat resistance, high temperature resistance up to 160 ℃~180 ℃.

4、 Scope of application: It is widely used for waterproofing of bridge decks of various types of roads and bridges.
5、 Waterproof system:
◆ Membrane waterproof layer structure: there are two kinds of structures: coating and matrix reinforcement composite waterproof structure and separate coating waterproof structure. The specific structure shall comply with the design requirements.
The recommended waterproof layer thickness is not less than 1.2mm and not more than 1.5mm. The specific thickness shall be in accordance with the actual design requirements of the project.
6、 Construction process:
◆ Base course surface treatment: the base course must be firm, flat and dry, without sand, laitance and obvious water stains. The internal and external corners shall be plastered into an arc. BPE-203 can be used for defective base course Epoxy resin base treatment agent. Sundries, dust and oil stains shall be completely removed before coating construction.
◆ Construction of membrane waterproof layer: brush, roll or spray can be used. It should be painted in layers and times, preferably 3 to 4 times. The next one shall be cured and formed in the direction perpendicular to the previous one. The general interval is 4 h~7 h (depending on the temperature). The thickness is 1.0mm, and the total amount of coating is (2.2 ～ 2.6) kg/m2.
7、 Construction precautions:
◆ Before the final setting of the bridge deck concrete, it is better to conduct regular and uniform roughening treatment on the concrete surface.
◆ The waterproof layer can be constructed only when the strength of the bridge deck concrete reaches at least 70% of the design strength.
◆ Waterproofing of bridge deck expansion joints, anti-collision wall expansion joints, bridge deck drainage outlets, etc. shall be handled separately according to the waterproof design of the bridge structure.
◆ The construction temperature should be 5 ℃~35 ℃. When the temperature is less than 5 ℃, construction is not allowed in rainy days (including the rain expected within 6 hours after construction).
◆ If the waterproof layer is not completely dry, people are not allowed to walk or drive vehicles to prevent sharp objects from cutting the waterproof layer.
8、 Packaging, transportation and storage:
◆ The product is packaged in a clean, dry and airtight plastic bucket or an iron bucket lined with plastic bags, 50kg/bucket.
◆ The product is non flammable and explosive material, which can be transported as general goods. During transportation, it shall be protected from freezing, rain, exposure, extrusion and collision to keep the package intact.
◆ The product shall be ventilated and dry during storage to prevent direct sunlight. The storage temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃. The storage period is one year.
