Usage of 4-6m bending machine

2. Stroke adjustment. Pay attention to the stroke adjustment when using the bending machine, and test run it before bending. The adjustment of travel also includes electric quick adjustment and manual stomach adjustment.
3. For the selection of bending notch, the notch 8 times the width of the plate thickness is generally selected. If you want to bend a 4mm sheet, you need to select about 32 notches.
4. The adjustment of rear stopper generally includes electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, and the method is the same as that of plate shears.
5. Step down the foot switch to start bending. The bending machine is different from the shearing machine. It can be released at any time. Release the foot and the bending machine will stop and continue to move down.
