3、 Scope of application

Note: Type I index is suitable for polyurethane waterproof coating used for bonding waterproof coiled materials; Type II index is suitable for direct use in polyurethane waterproof coating of waterproof layer.
5、 Construction requirements
1. Base surface treatment: the construction surface shall be solid, flat and dry, free of water, dust, oil and dirt, and the concave and damaged parts shall be filled and leveled;
2. Ingredient: according to the weight ratio of component A material: component B material=1:2 or 1:1, first pour component A material into the container, then add component B material, and mix fully before use;
3. Construction: The construction of materials is usually carried out in three to four times. The mixed coating is evenly applied on the base surface with a rubber scraper or a brown brush. The application should be repeated in two vertical directions for many times to ensure the penetration and bonding of the coating on the base surface. When the surface of the coating is dry and cured, the second layer can be applied. (If glass fiber cloth or non-woven cloth is paved in the coating, its waterproof performance can be better improved);
4. Construction of protective layer: in order to increase the bonding force between the waterproof layer and the protective layer, a little coarse sand shall be sprinkled on the surface of the next layer of coating before it is cured to make the bonding between the protective layer and the waterproof layer firm;
5. Material consumption: 1.5mm thick, about 2.0~2.4kg/m2, 2mm thick, about 2.8~3kg/m2.
6、 Precautions
1. The concrete must reach the curing period, and the construction temperature should be above 5 ℃;
2. Air circulation shall be maintained during construction; The prepared coating shall be used up within 30 minutes;
3. It is forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer before the film is dried, and pay attention to protect it from damage;
4. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the construction site, and construction is not suitable in windy or rainy days;
5. The construction personnel shall wear work clothes, protective glasses, gloves and other protective articles to avoid the contact between the paint and the eyes and the appearance. If the paint is accidentally splashed into the eyes, it shall be cleaned immediately before treatment. Wear safety belt when working at heights.
7、 Storage and transportation packaging
1. The product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place away from sunlight and rain for one year;
2. Transportation shall be handled as non dangerous goods;
3. The product is packaged in groups of 30kg and 60kg, and can also be packaged separately according to user requirements.
