Construction process:
1. Basic requirements for base course of roof construction:
A: 1:2.5 cement mortar The leveling layer with a thickness of 20-30mm shall be flat and polished, firm, flat, free from sand, and free from concave, loose, bulging, pockmarks, etc. The flatness shall be checked with a 2m ruler, and the gap between the leveling layer and the ruler shall not exceed 5mm.
B: The surface of the leveling layer must be dry, and the cement mortar should have sufficient strength, and its moisture content should not exceed 9%.
C: The connection between the leveling layer and the protruding roof structure (parapet, chimney, etc.) and the corner of the wall shall be made into an arc with a radius of 20mm, and a slightly lower pit shall be made around the drain for drainage.
D: The gradient and flooding of the leveling layer shall not meet the requirements of the design and relevant regulations.
2. Process flow: clean the additional layer of base course, treat the surface of coiled material, apply glue on the surface of base course, bind, exhaust, compact the end of coiled material, and seal the edge as a protective layer.
3. Operation process:
A: Base course cleaning: the base course that passes the acceptance before construction shall be cleaned again.
B: Additional layer: additional layers must be made for special parts such as internal and external corners, pipe roots, and water inlets. Available polyurethane Apply or lay a layer with coiled material.
C: Glue coating on the surface of base course and coiled material: spread the coiled material on the clean base course, dip (401 or 404) adhesive with a long handle roller brush, evenly coat the coiled material, and then apply it on the base course. When painting, do not repeatedly brush at the same place to avoid the formation of gel. Special parts such as pipe root and water outlet shall be painted with board brush.
D: After the coiled material and the base course are coated with glue, they can be paved only when the adhesive is basically dry and not bonded by hand.
4. Sticking of roofing coiled material:
A: The standard line shall be popped up from the downhill of the flow gradient, and the coiled material shall be arranged in a long direction perpendicular to the flow gradient.
B: Every time a roll of coiled material is paved, a soft long handle roller brush shall be used to roll the coiled material laterally from one end of the coiled material to completely eliminate the air penetration between the coiled material and the base layer. If it is impossible to eliminate bubbles, do not cut the coiled material and exhaust by yourself to avoid affecting the overall waterproof effect.
C: After the bonding of coiled material joints is completed, they shall be sealed with polyurethane.
