Base treatment:
① Use floor abrader Or the sand blasting machine can remove loose layers, cement stains, lime films and other foreign matters from the floor, grind the uneven places flat, and clean them with special cleaning agent for the floor. The new cement floor shall be dried for one month before construction, and the construction surface shall be free of oil stain, clean and dry.
② The concrete shall be maintained for more than 28 days, the base moisture content shall be ≤ 8%, the relative humidity shall be ≤ 75%, the construction temperature shall be ≥ 5 ℃, and the coating interval shall be 20-24h.
③ In order to maintain the final curing effect of the coating and promote the drying of the coating, good ventilation must be maintained during and after the construction.
matters needing attention:
① Before construction, it must be fully mixed with the curing agent in proportion and used after 10-20min of static activation; Use up within 4 hours after mixing.
② Store at 0 ℃ - 35 ℃ in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sunlight;
③ It is flammable, and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the construction and storage site.
