The CEFR/SA/DA4 * 2.5 cable meets the GB2951.19 flame resistance range. It is applicable to various ships, offshore oil platforms and other water structures with AC rated voltage of 250V and below, and is used for interference insensitive circuits. Requirements for use of marine cables:

1) The cable shall be applicable to the requirements of various climatic conditions all over the world and can withstand various climatic conditions in cold, dry and humid regions.

2) The ship is far away from the land for a long time, which requires high safety and reliability of the cable, such as good electrical performance, stability, and no delay. Cables laid in some cabins shall have good oil resistance.

3) The space inside the ship is small, and the requirements for cable outer diameter and outer diameter tolerance are strict. In order to facilitate installation, the cable shall be flexible. In some cabins (such as main engine and boiler cabins), the temperature is as high as 45-55, and some humidity is as high as 95% or more, so the cable is required to have good heat resistance, moisture resistance and mold resistance.

4) When the cable is installed or moved, the tension is generally greater than that on land, and it is vulnerable to external forces such as scraping and scraping, so it is required to have good mechanical performance. Cables on deck and mast shall be resistant to sunlight, atmospheric and seawater erosion.

5) Some cables are required to have anti-interference capability.

6) Flame retardant and fire-resistant requirements for marine wires and cables are particularly strict.

The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable is 85, rated voltage Uo/U is 0.6/1KV. The small bending radius of the cable during laying is as follows: the metal shielded armored type is 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable. For non armored type, when the outer diameter is less than or equal to 25mm, it is 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable, and when the outer diameter is greater than 25mm, it is 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

6、 Delivery requirements
1. The cable delivery length shall be three cores or less and the conductor section shall not be more than 2.5 square meters, which shall not be less than 150 meters, and other cables shall be 100 meters.
2. It is allowed to deliver short cables with a length not less than 20m, but the quantity shall not exceed 10% of the delivery length.
3. Any length of cable is allowed to be delivered according to the agreement of both parties.
4. The length error shall not exceed - 0.5%.
