After receiving the electric hoist, you must immediately unpack the electric hoist and check the integrity of the document.
Ensure that the documents, instructions and certificates attached to the electric hoist are complete.
The equipment and spare parts must comply with the packing list and must not damage the appearance of the equipment. Before formal installation of electric hoist, the previous steps must be tested and identified before installation.
The buffer devices at both ends of the track or I-beam must be completely installed.
The I-beam support shall be constructed according to the drawings and firmly connected.
The I-beam shall be connected according to the drawing, the lower flange shall be polished smooth, and the wheel shall not be stuck.
