Partition works
Partitions and partitions are used to separate rooms and internal spaces of buildings. They are required to achieve the effects of ventilation and daylighting, and they are required to be light in weight, thin in thickness, easy to remove, and have certain rigidity and sound insulation capacity.
The partition project has developed rapidly in recent years and has been adopted in many areas. There are many types of partition works, which can replace the heavy plastering and finishing works, change the wet work that has been studied for many years in China, and accelerate the construction speed. Partitions include live partitions (removable, push-pull and foldable) and dead partitions (permanent partitions). In construction engineering, partition engineering mainly refers to the installation and construction of some partition walls.
1、 Movable partition
The so-called living partition is to divide the indoor space vertically and divide the space with a single function into spaces with a variety of different functions. This form is commonly used in interior design, but the specific form of separation space is different.
（1） Furniture partition
The cabinet and kitchen are used to arrange one end against the side wall of the window, and the indoor space is naturally divided into a small space with multiple functions, such as the bedroom, study room, TV room, and so on. Between them, there is separation and combination. Because the space is flowing, the indoor space does not feel shrinking in the sense, but instead increases the associative smell of the adjacent space.
（2） Vertical partition
A vertical board is set in the room, on which some decorative murals can be properly arranged to divide the room into different functional spaces such as reception and dining.
（3） Soft partition
Select fabrics with exquisite texture and beautiful color, and divide the room into several spaces with different functions by using the form of movable partition, such as curtain drapery, emperor cloth control technology, etc. This is a common means of separating space in modern interior design. This room is in a state of separable and separable mobile space. If functional needs, the indoor soft partition can be opened at will. It is an ideal form of flexible interior space, full of modern flavor.
（4） Push pull partition

2、 Dead partition
The interior wall without bearing is called partition (dead partition). The basic requirement for partition wall is that its own quality is small, so as to reduce the load on the floor and floor layer, and its thickness is thin, so as to increase the use area of the building; According to the specific environmental requirements, sound insulation, water resistance, fire resistance, etc. Considering that the separation of rooms will change with the change of use requirements, the partition wall should be as easy to disassemble and assemble as possible.
(-) Keel partition
1. Wood keel partition
The advantages of wooden keel partition are light weight, thin wall and easy disassembly. Disadvantages are: poor fire resistance, water resistance and sound insulation, and more wood is consumed.
The partition wall is composed of upper and lower sills, columns and diagonal braces, and then paved with river lath on both sides of the column, plastered with hemp knife plaster, and separated by a wooden strip. In order to prevent water and moisture, 3~9 layers of clay bricks can be laid at the lower part of the partition wall. Plywood fiberboard can also be nailed on both sides of the column, that is, wood keel cover panel partition. In addition, large glass, namely glass partition, is installed partially or completely on the wooden frame. The structure of keel partition wall is shown in Figure 5-0-1.
2 Gypsum keel partition
Gypsum keel partition uses gypsum as keel. Both sides are bonded or needle paper faced gypsum board, cement particleboard and

3. Metal keel partition
The metal keel partition wall generally uses thin-walled light steel as the skeleton, and the gypsum board or other artificial boards are fixed on both sides with self tapping screws. The structure is shown in Figure 5-0-2.
（2） Masonry partition
1. Brick partition
(1) Clay brick partition wall: this partition wall is made of ordinary clay bricks and clay hollow bricks laid side by side. The wall is thin and has poor stability, so it needs reinforcement. For the parallel built partition wall, if the height exceeds 3m and the length exceeds 5m, two φ 4 anchor bars are usually placed in the brick joints at the junction of vertical and horizontal walls every 5-7 bricks. At the junction between the upper part of the partition wall and the floor slab, the steel shall be laid diagonally with vertical bricks. When there is no door on the wall, the door frame must be firmly tied with embedded iron parts or wood bricks.
(2) Glass brick partition: a transparent brick wall built with extra thick glass bricks or composite glass bricks.
2. Block partition
It is also called ultralight concrete partition. It is built with ultra light concrete blocks with larger volume and smaller bulk density than ordinary clay bricks. The common ones are aerated concrete, foam concrete, steam cured silicate, cement slag block, etc. Reinforcement measures are similar to brick partition walls. When building blocks with poor moisture-proof performance are used, 3~5 bricks thick wall base should be built at the lower part of the wall.
（3） Slat partition
The batten used for partition wall often includes aerated concrete board, porous gypsum board, carbonized right ash board, cement wood wool board, etc. The thickness is mostly 60~100mm, the width is about 600~120mm, and the height is the same as the actual height of the room. During installation, butt wooden wedges shall be used on the floor and ground floor to wedge tightly at the bottom of the plate, and the longitudinal plate joints shall be bonded with cementitious materials.
(I) Key points of construction
(1) The wood for making water partition shall be Korean pine or Chinese fir, and the water content shall not exceed the specified allowable value.
(2) According to the wood partition position specified in the design drawing, the wood bricks with anti-corrosion treatment must be embedded when building the brick wall, generally one for every six layers of bricks.
(3) The water partition must be fixed with nails and embedded wooden bricks. After installation, the partition shall be kept straight, stable, complete and firm.
(4) All exposed wood shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of dry finish.
