construction technology

1) First, accurately set out the subgrade slope line. For the sake of subgrade width, each side is widened by 0.5m. After leveling the dried base soil, use a 25T vibratory roller to static pressure twice, and then use a 50T vibratory roller to compact four times. The uneven areas are leveled manually.

2) The medium (coarse) sand with a thickness of 0.3m shall be paved, and the 25T vibratory roller shall be statically pressed twice after being leveled manually and mechanically.

3) When laying the geogrid, the bottom surface shall be flat and dense, and generally shall be paved flat, straightened, not overlapped, not curled or twisted. Two adjacent geogrids shall be overlapped for 0.2m, and the overlapping part of the geogrid shall be connected with No. 8 iron wire every 1m along the transverse direction of the subgrade, and the geogrid shall be fixed to the ground with U-nails every 1.5-2m.

4) After the layer of geogrid is paved, start to fill two layers of medium (coarse) sand with thickness of 0.2m. The method is to transport sand to the construction site by truck and unload it on one side of the subgrade, and then use bulldozer to push forward. First fill 0.1m within the range of 2 meters on both sides of the subgrade, then fold the layer of geogrid and fill 0.1m medium (coarse) sand. It is forbidden to fill and push from both sides to the middle, It is forbidden for all kinds of machinery to pass on the geogrid without filling medium (coarse) sand, so that the geogrid can be flat, free from bulge and wrinkle. After the second layer medium (coarse) sand is leveled, horizontal measurement shall be carried out to prevent uneven filling thickness. After leveling, 25T vibratory roller shall be used for static pressure twice.

5) The construction method of the second layer geogrid is the same as that of the layer, and then 0.3m medium (coarse) sand is filled. The filling method is the same as that of the layer. After two times of static pressure with a 25T roller, the subgrade base is consolidated.

6) After the third layer of medium (coarse) sand is rolled, two geogrids are laid on both sides of the slope longitudinally along the line, overlapping 0.16m, and connected in the same way. Then the earthwork construction operation is started, and the geogrid is laid for slope protection. The side line of each layer is measured, and the geogrid is buried 0.10m in the slope after slope repair on each side.

7) The side slope geogrid shall be filled with two layers of soil, that is, when the thickness is 0.8m, a layer of geogrid shall be laid on both sides at the same time, and so on, until it is laid under the soil on the shoulder surface.

8) After the subgrade is filled, the slope shall be repaired in time, and the dry rubble at the toe of the slope shall be protected. The subgrade of this section shall be widened by 0.3m on each side, and the settlement amount shall be reserved.
