Pipeline transportation and handling requirements
In the process of pipeline transportation and loading and unloading, certain measures shall be taken to prevent bumping, and unloading shall be carried out from top to bottom, from inside to outside, one by one, For models above DN400, special cranes can be used for loading and unloading. Nylon slings or flexible belts can be used for cranes to handle the warehouse where double wall corrugated pipes are placed gently. The ground should be flat. It is forbidden to place pipes and other materials on hard materials. At the same time, corresponding wooden wedges should be added at the bottom of the pipes to prevent sliding. If the ground where pipes are stored is uneven, sleepers shall be used to pad the bottom. If the pipes need to be stored in the open for a long time, they need to be covered with some covers to prevent some plastic parts of the pipes from being damaged by long-term sunlight. Pipes shall be stored away from high temperature and heat source to prevent deformation of pipes due to heating
Precautions for pipeline construction specification
1. Mechanical excavation: the bottom of the trench is required to be flat and dry without stones. During mechanical excavation, the width of the trench shall not be 25 cm wider than the outside of the pipe diameter on the left and right sides. The height of the trench shall not be more than 2.5 times higher than the pipe diameter. About 15 cm of sand and stone powder shall be placed at the bottom of the trench.
2. Laying process: if the groove depth is more than 2 meters or the pipe diameter is more than the nominal diameter DN300 mm, the embedded pipe, when encountering loose soil at the bottom of the groove, needs to pour concrete with a thickness of about 10 cm, and then lay a cushion of 15 cm of gravel on it, gently lift the pipe into the middle of the groove and place it in a straight line.
Installation of waterproof sealing ring: in order to prevent water leakage from pipe to pipe connection, the sealing ring can be coated with detergent and other lubricants in advance, and then inserted into 2-3 corrugated grooves on the outer diameter of the pipe tail. Note that the exposed edge of the sealing ring faces the connection port. After it is put into the groove smoothly, it is inserted into the adjacent pipe flare slowly in a straight line. Prepare a wood plate larger than the pipe diameter to cling to the other end of the pipe, and gently tap the wood plate until the two pipes are inserted.
3. Soil backfilling: the excavated good soil, crushed stone and sand materials must be used, which should be carried out evenly from both sides of the pipeline at the same time. The backfill soil must not contain bricks, sharp stones and other hard materials with diamond angles. [If the buried pipe is too deep, the soil is loose, or heavy tonnage vehicles will come in and out in the future, reinforced concrete should be used to cast the support 10 cm above the pipe top], During backfilling, according to different soil properties, leveling and compaction in layers and stages shall be adopted to meet the compactness requirements specified in the design. During this period, heavy machinery such as road rollers and excavators shall not be used for compaction. Concrete with a thickness of about 30cm shall be reserved for pouring the pavement.
