1. The warranty period of VOITH Voith products is 12 months, and the warranty is based on the Product Warranty Card or the copy of the purchase voucher. If the product warranty card and the purchase voucher are lost, they will not be replaced.
2 If the purchased VOITH Voith products have quality problems within 30 days, they can be replaced free of charge (but not replaced with new packaging) with a copy of the purchase voucher after confirmation by VOITH Voith Technology Department, and bear the round-trip road freight (the part exceeding the normal road freight standard shall be borne by the user)
3. If the purchased VOITH Voith product has quality problems within 12 months, it shall be guaranteed free of charge by the copy of the purchase voucher or the warranty card and bear the round-trip road freight of the product (without replacing the new package)
4 For products beyond the warranty period, without Product Warranty Card, and with lost purchase voucher, paid maintenance is provided, and only the material cost is charged, and the freight is not borne
5 During the warranty period, the following conditions are not included in the free warranty:
1) User's automatic disassembly, broken shell, damaged body sealing paper
2) Faults caused by fire, earthquake, thunder and other natural disasters or abnormal voltage
3) Failure caused by unmatched power supply
4) Faults caused by long-time use in harsh environment
5) Failure to show the warranty card or valid purchase voucher
