3、 Scope of application

4、 Construction technology
1. Machine spraying and manual brushing.
2. Preparation of construction tools: the mixing bucket, spraying machine or special bristle brush shall be prepared before construction.
3. Base course requirements: the strength of bridge deck and beam concrete shall reach the design mark, and the surface shall be free of loose laitance, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking. The surface flatness shall meet the requirements of bridge specifications. The elevation of the upper opening of the vertical drainage pipe shall be lower than the elevation of the base layer. The drainage outlet must be firmly installed with the base layer without any looseness.
4. The waterproof base shall be clean, dry and free from ponding.
5. Base course treatment: the bridge deck shall be free of dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc. Before the waterproof layer is paved, the surface can be cleaned by air compressor, water purification, degreasing agent, etc. If there are hard sundries such as concrete, mortar, etc., they should be polished off.
5、 Packaging, storage and transportation
50kg plastic bucket or 200kg iron bucket.
It is non-toxic and nonflammable, and can be transported by general transportation mode.
The storage period is 6 months, which should be stored in a warehouse above 0 ℃, and the sun exposure should be avoided in summer.
