1、 Construction steps of external wall insulation
1. Base treatment: the base wall must be cleaned.
2. Paste the extruded board:
a. After the external wall concrete base course is accepted as qualified, a layer of interface agent shall be brushed and can be used only after the interface agent is dried.
b. Hang two vertical through lines at the internal and external corners of the external wall, and pay attention to the consistent size from the wall. When pasting in sections, snap a horizontal line at the beginning layer and hang a horizontal line according to the vertical vertical line as the control line for pasting the extruded board.
Before pasting the extruded board, the starting end of the system shall be bound first, and the 20cm wide standard mesh shall be pasted with the base course to facilitate the unpacking of the extruded board.
c. The extruded board shall be pasted by point sticking, and the coating area shall not be less than 40%. A circle of special glue with width of about 5cm and thickness of 1cm shall be evenly punched around the back of the board. The board center shall be arranged with bonding nodes in quincunx shape, and the middle part shall be evenly arranged with 8 points, each with a diameter of not less than 140mm, a glue thickness of 10mm, and a center distance of 200mm. When non-standard size extruded boards are used, the ratio of the applied area of the adhesive paste to the area of the extruded board shall not be less than 1/3, and there are generally 4~6 points in the middle.
d. The adhesive shall be applied on the extruded board, not on the base course. The side of the board shall not be coated with glue.
e. After the polymer mortar is plastered, the board shall be immediately erected and pasted in place. When pasting, it shall be gently and evenly squeezed, and the line board shall be used at any time to check the perpendicularity and flatness, and the polymer mortar shall be plastered. Extruded boards on two adjacent walls at the external corner shall be staggered. When the height difference between plates is greater than 1.0mm, it shall be polished flat.
f. Vertical joints shall be staggered line by line. 1/2 slab length staggered joints shall not be less than 100mm. The wall corners shall be staggered and interlocked to ensure the perpendicularity of the wall corners. Step tenon construction shall be adopted at the disconnection of construction joints.
g. The side of the door and window shall be pasted with extrusion plate with a thickness of 10mm. The inner layer of window insulation is 15mm lower or higher than the drip line at the upper opening of the window frame, and the lower opening is low outside and high inside, with a gradient of 10%.
3. Installation of fixing parts: drill holes on the pasted extruded plate with a percussion drill. The holes shall not be less than 30mm deep into the wall base, and the number shall not be less than 4 per square meter. Fix them with nylon plastic expansion pipes.
4. Apply plastering glue: use a stainless steel trowel to evenly apply a layer of plastering glue with an area slightly larger than a piece of mesh on the surface of the extruded board, and the thickness is about 2mm.
5. Paving glass fiber mesh: immediately tighten the glass fiber mesh along the horizontal direction after applying the plastering glue, use a trowel to smooth the mesh cloth from the middle to the upper and lower sides and press it into the wet plastering glue; Lay mesh along the external wall from top to bottom; In case of door and window openings, a piece of standard mesh shall be provided at the four corners of the opening along the 45 ° direction to prevent cracking. The left and right overlapping width of the grid cloth is 150 mm, and the upper and lower overlapping width is 10 mm. A 400mm grid cloth shall be paved locally at the external corner. The width of the wall shall not be less than 200 mm after the two-way corner wrapping from each side. The mesh cloth at all closing points must be compacted through the external corners. When laying the glass fiber mesh, the curved surface of the glass fiber mesh faces the wall.
6. Apply plastering glue: when the first layer of glue is slightly dry and hard enough to touch, use a trowel to apply the second layer of plastering glue for about 3mm until the glass fiber mesh is completely covered. If the base mortar has set before plastering the surface mortar, the interface agent shall be applied once before plastering the surface mortar. The first layer of wall, concave balcony and balcony shall be paved with a layer of mesh cloth in addition to the polymer mortar, which shall be carried out before the mortar is set, and then a layer of 2mm thick polymer cement mortar shall be plastered on the surface.
7. Inlay sealing paste: use sealing paste to inlay the gap between the wall and the window frame, which is dense and full.
8. Treatment of special parts: the following terminal parts shall be unpacked: door and window openings, openings where pipes or other equipment need to go through the wall; Ends of balcony, plinth, awning and other systems; Deformation joints and other parts that need to terminate the system; Top of parapet. The internal and external corners of various components shall be staggered and lapped, and the internal and external corners of various decorative lines shall be strengthened and protected with reinforcing mesh. At the connection between the insulation system and the structural part, the insulation layer should be connected with the structural part with glue and mesh cloth to prevent cracking.
2、 Construction conditions
1. Environmental requirements: the ambient temperature at the construction site and the surface temperature of the base wall shall not be lower than 5 degrees within 24 hours after construction and the wind force shall not be greater than 5 degrees. The base wall is dry, and construction cannot be carried out in rainy days;
2. Process requirements: there is no cross operation in the external wall construction, and the external scaffold has been erected.
3. Cleanliness requirements: the surface of the base course wall must be completely cleaned of floating ash, stains, release agents, hollows, protrusions, weathering and other foreign matters that affect the bonding strength.
4. Requirements for flatness and perpendicularity: check with a 2m guiding rule, and the deviation should be less than 4mm; The out of tolerance parts shall be repaired.
3、 Acceptance standard of construction specification
1. Dominant items
a. The specifications and technical indicators of the mesh cloth, the configuration of adhesives and polymer mortar and the quality of raw materials must meet the relevant standards and normal use requirements.
b. The extruded board must be firmly bonded to the wall without looseness and virtual adhesion.
c. The polymer cement mortar and the extruded board must be firmly bonded without delamination, hollowing, and the surface layer shall be free of explosive dust and cracks.
