Base course requirements:
The base course must be firm, dry, flat, stable, clean (free of dust, dirt, etc.) and have a certain bearing capacity

Base treatment before construction
a) The dust and dirt on the surface must be removed to avoid affecting the bonding strength
b) In case of construction in high temperature season or when the wall is relatively dry, the base course shall be pre wetted with water before construction
Construction preparation
Construction steps:
1) Mixing:
First pour the emulsion of component A into a clean mixing bucket, then slowly pour the powder of component B into the mixing bucket according to the mixing ratio, and at the same time use a slow mixer to fully mix it until it is even and free of caking. The mixing time is about 3 minutes, and the mixing ratio of powder and liquid is: 2.6:1 The construction slurry can be used after it is left for 5 minutes and stirred for another 1 minute. Do not use this product with water or other materials;
2) Brush coating construction
For the absorbent base course (cement mortar, light wall, brick, etc.), a small amount of water shall be sprayed to wet the base course without water, and then the waterproof brushing construction shall be carried out to enhance the smoothness of brushing;
Two layers shall be painted with the cross method, and the thickness of each layer shall not be less than 0.5mm. The construction of each layer shall be carried out after the surface of the previous layer is dry (about 1-3 hours). The temperature and ventilation of the construction site will directly affect the drying time of the waterproof layer;
The internal corners must be fully brushed, and the junction between the base layer and the pipeline must be fully brushed to make an obvious R type. There shall be no defects such as missing brush and air holes. Generally, tile paving can be carried out after 1-2 days.
The mixed waterproof slurry shall be used up within 1 hour. When the slurry is used, it shall be intermittently mixed to avoid slurry sedimentation;
The closed water test shall be carried out after the waterproof coating is cured for 2~3 days. The water in the pool shall enter after it has been left empty for two weeks for a long time;
3) Cleaning
All tools and equipment shall be cleaned with water immediately after use.
