Installation method and precautions of movable partition
1. Observe the construction environment
Up to now, the survey of the construction environment is the primary necessity. The main purpose of the survey of the construction environment is to determine whether the site has installation conditions, record the position of the beam and column on the roof, the position of the air conditioning pipeline system, etc. to customize the final construction scheme. The suitable time for construction is before the site is decorated.
2 Measurement and positioning
According to the construction drawing, set out the position control line of the movable partition on the indoor ground, and lead the position line of the partition wall to the side wall and roof. The installation position line of the fastener shall be snapped when snapping the line. The track installation must be discussed with the construction team for ceiling installation, otherwise it will cause great trouble.
3 Installation of steel structure and rail fastener
The steel structure is a load-bearing structure connecting the roof and the track. The steel structure involves the safety of the entire movable partition system, so it must not be taken lightly. According to the construction drawing, screw the tension bolt on the roof, and then weld and fix the angle iron. Select rail fasteners according to design requirements. Before installing the track, the closing method of the wall, ground and ceiling shall be considered to facilitate the installation of the movable partition. The load borne by the track and the specification and fixing method of the embedded parts shall be determined by calculating the weight of the movable partition. The embedded parts of the track shall be installed firmly, the track and the main structure shall be fixed firmly, and all metal parts shall be subject to anti rust treatment.
4 Installation track
(1) Suspended track: the suspension guide is fixed by installing a pulley on the top surface of the partition and connecting it with the upper suspended track. Track and pulley shall be selected according to the size of bearing capacity. For light movable partition wall, the track is fixed on the top wood frame or steel frame with wood screws or screw screws. Heavy movable partition wall, the track is fixed on the profile steel skeleton with screws or welding.

6 Finishes
