The CPC Central Committee held a thematic education retreat
In the afternoon of April 21, the CPC Central Committee held an educational retreat on the theme of learning and implementing Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, to study and determine Taiwan wide research issues. Guo Zhimin, Secretary of the CPC Leading Group and Director of the Taiwan Observatory presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Wen Long, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leading Group of the Taiwan Observatory, Wang Kun, Wang Lei and Zhang Ming, members of the CPC Leading Group, attended the meeting. Wang Changren, leader of the 8th Tour Steering Group of the Provincial Party Committee, and Li Zhengfu, members of the theme education leadership group of the Taiwan Observatory (Group) attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
The meeting focused on the theme, linked ideas and work practice, aligned with the standing committee of the provincial party committee, focused on the construction of "eight free trade ports" around the 12 aspects mentioned in the implementation plan of the provincial party committee's Daxing investigation and research, combined with the work function of the headquarters (group) to determine the key issues that need to be solved by the party group during the theme education period, and refined a number of topics and topics, In order to carry out theoretical study, investigation and research, rectification and improvement with a clear aim in the next step, and ensure the effectiveness of theme education.

At last, Comrade Guo Zhimin made a concluding speech on behalf of the leading group of the party group of the headquarters, pointing out that the purpose of retreat is pragmatic, and in the final analysis, it is to solve problems and promote work. He hopes that after four months of efforts, the six topics can see real achievements. We should transform the achievements of the retreat. First, we should seriously carry out research, pay close attention to our own responsibilities and tasks in the field of subject education, and work hard to solve the fundamental, universal, overarching and practical problems found in the research, form a good example, and promote the theme education to go deeper and more practical; Second, we should make overall coordination. The research task should be combined with the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the relevant plans of the provincial party committee on the revitalization of research in the whole party. We should make overall arrangements for the time and place of the research, do it ourselves, follow the rules lightly, and put an end to formalistic bureaucracy. Through solid research, we should find out the situation, identify the problems, and put forward countermeasures, which are reflected in the research report; Third, we should strengthen the transformation of achievements. Special research should be in-depth and realistic, list management and project driven. We should draw inferences from one instance to institutionalize successful practices and effective measures, establish a list of achievements transformation and application, and transform the research results into specific strategic measures to promote the high-quality development of Hainan Radio and Television.
