The Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Optimizing the Business Environment will come into force on April 28, 2020. In view of the weak points in terms of insufficient balance of rights and interests protection, insufficient convenience of investment and trade, insufficient government services, and insufficient unity of supervision and law enforcement, which are concerned by market subjects, the regulations have formulated targeted provisions respectively to escort the "hard core" of enterprises and "accelerate" the reform of Beijing's optimized business environment.
