Step 1: Open Beijing Passenger Car Indicator Control Management Information System（ https://xkczb.jtw.beijing.gov.cn/ ）, click the "Forgot Password" button in the "User Login" area.
Step 2: Enter the "Individual Retrieve Password" page and click the "Face Recognition" button in the prompt area.
Step 3: Enter the name, ID number, new password, confirmed password and picture verification code, and then click the "Verification" button.
Step 4: On the "Choose your intention confirmation method" page, select "WeChat" or "Alipay" for face recognition to complete your intention confirmation.
Take "WeChat" as an example. Open the small program code that appears on the mobile phone's WeChat scanning page.
After confirming the applicant's name and ID number on the mobile phone, click the "Start Authentication" button.
Check the identity verification authorization option below on the system authorization page and click the "Next" button.
Conduct face recognition authentication.
After face recognition authentication is completed, the system prompts me to confirm that the operation is completed.
Step 5: A small window of prompt information will pop up on the web page, in which the mobile phone number displayed in "Account" is your registered mobile phone number in the passenger car indicator regulation management information system.
Step 6: After the intention is confirmed, please click the "Finish" button, otherwise the authentication result cannot be returned.
Step 7: Use the mobile phone number and the password just modified in the pop-up prompt on the previous page to log in to the passenger car indicator regulation management information system again.
