You can apply for the inspection conformity mark (paper version) bound to your name by logging into the Internet Traffic Safety Service Management Platform of Beijing Public Security Bureau Public Security Traffic Management Bureau.
Step 1: Access to comprehensive traffic safety service platform（ https://bj.122.gov.cn/ ）, click the "Individual Login" button at the upper right corner of the page.
Step 2: For registered users, please open the "Traffic Management 12123" APP and scan the QR code on the web page to log in.
If you have not registered, please click the "Register Now" button,
Scan the QR code to download the "Traffic Management 12123" APP according to the webpage prompt, and complete the first registration through the user registration function.
Step 3: After scanning the code and logging in, click the "Motor Vehicle Business" button on the left, and click the "Online Processing" button at the "Replacement of Inspection Qualification Mark" in the "Replacement of Motor Vehicle License" area on the right to start processing.
Step 4: Confirm the motor vehicle that needs to be replaced with the inspection mark, and click the "Confirm" button.
Step 5: After reading the system prompt information, click the "OK" button.
Step 6: Carefully read the "Business Instructions", check "Read and Agree", and click the "Next" button.
Step 7: Confirm the vehicle information that needs to be reissued with a paper inspection conformity mark, and click the "Next" button.
Step 8: According to the actual situation of the vehicle, select the specific reason and method for applying for the replacement of the inspection qualified identification (here, take the original identification "lost" and "entrusted postal delivery" as examples).
You can select an existing address in the system or add a new address. After filling in, click the "Next" button.
Step 9: Confirm the vehicle information and the information of taking parts from the conformity mark. Select whether to pay online and the payment channel, click the "Get Verification Code" button, enter the mobile phone verification code, and click the "Finish" button to end the application process.
