How to query the balance of individual medical insurance account? (APP end)

You can query the individual account balance of employee medical insurance through the national medical insurance service platform APP.

Step 1: Download the APP of "National Medical Insurance Service Platform".

Step 2: click the "Not logged in" button on the home page of the "National Medical Insurance Service Platform" APP.

Registered users can log in by entering their mobile phone number, ID card number and password.

Unregistered users can click the "Register Now" button to enter the registration page.

Fill in the registration information, check the Agree User Registration Agreement and Privacy Policy, and click the "Register and Login" button.

Please complete face login authentication after registration.

Step 3: After logging in, there are two ways to view the balance of individual medical insurance account.

Method 1: View the balance in the "Employee Medical Insurance Individual Account Balance" area in the middle of the home page.

The system hides the amount by default. Click the "Small Eyes" button on the right,

You can view the balance of individual medical insurance account.

Method 2: Click the "Individual Insurance Information" button at the bottom of the home page.

After entering the insurance query page, the balance of individual medical insurance account will be displayed in the "Balance of individual medical insurance account of employees" area.
