If your social security card is lost or damaged, don't worry. You can apply for a replacement card through the Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform.
Step 1: Enter the "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform" (website: https://fuwu.rsj.beijing.gov.cn/zhrs/yltc/yltc-home ）, click the "Social Security Card Integration Service One Thing" button.
Step 2: After entering the "Social Security Card Integration Service One Thing" interface, select "Social Security Card Replacement, Renewal, Renewal", click the "Apply Now" button, and then jump to the login interface. The platform provides multiple login methods.
Step 3: After logging in, read the Notification on Online Replacement or Application of Beijing Social Security Card, and click the "Agree" button.
Step 4: Check whether the information in the "System Prompt" window is incorrect, and click "Yes" after confirmation.
Step 5: Select "outlet (self collection)" or "express delivery (express delivery fee is required)" in the "Select card collection method" field. If you select the "outlet (self retrieval)" method, you can select the nearest place to collect from the offline outlet list. Select the place to collect, fill in the contact number, and click the "Apply" button.
If you choose "express delivery (express fee is required)" to receive the social security card, check whether an invoice is required, fill in the recipient's name, mobile phone number and address, and then click "Apply".
Tip: You can voluntarily choose to collect it at the social security card outlet or by express. The express fee in Beijing is 15 yuan, and the express fee in other cities is 20 yuan.
Step 6: If you select the "outlet (self retrieval)" mode, check whether the information is correct, check "Please confirm whether it is your photo" after confirming that the information is correct, and click the "Confirm and pay" button.
If you choose the "express delivery (express delivery fee is required)" method, check whether the information is correct, check "Please confirm whether it is your photo" and "Please confirm the express delivery information again to ensure that you can receive the social security card on time" after confirming that the information is correct, and click the "Confirm and pay" button.
Step 7: Scan the code to pay. Click "Payment Complete" after success.
Tip: If you choose express delivery, if you do not receive the social security card after 4 working days, please contact the social security card service hotline "96102".
