Step 9: fill in the legal obligor information. To add a new one, click the "Add" button, and then click the "Save" button. Click the "Next" button after the legal obligor has filled in all the information.
Step 10: Fill in the attachment information. Select the material type and click "Upload Attachment" to upload the pictures of ID card and residence booklet, and then click the "Next" button.
Step 11: Read the Social Assistance Commitment, check "I have read and agree to the Social Assistance Commitment", and click the "Next" button.
Step 12: Complete the signature of the power of attorney by scanning the QR code on WeChat, check "I promise that the following signature and ID card number are all signed by me, and I am willing to bear legal liability if there is any falsehood.", and click the "Submit" button to complete the application for temporary assistance.
You can also select "Upload the paper Power of Attorney". According to the operation process, download, print and authorize the signature of the Letter of Authorization, take photos and upload the paper photos of the Letter of Authorization, and then click the "Submit" button to complete the application for temporary assistance.
