Step 1: Open the official website of Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau（ http://mzj.beijing.gov.cn/ ）。

Step 2: click the "government service" button to enter the government service column（ https://ggfw.mzj.beijing.gov.cn/mzjwz/index ）

Step 3: click the "Handle Now" button under the "Two Allowances for the Disabled" item in the "Hot Services" area.

Step 4: Log in to the "Beijing Unified Identity Authentication Platform". If you have not registered, please click the "Register Now" button below to register and log in again.
