How to replace a damaged driver's license online?

Step 1: Log in to "Traffic Management 12123" APP

Step 2: After entering the main interface, click More

Step 3: In Business Center - Driver License Business, click [Driver License Renewal]

Step 4: Select the [Damaged Certificate Replacement] button

Step 5: Read the notice, tick "I have read the above content carefully", and click the [Next] button

Step 6: After adding the mailing address, click [Next] to enter the submission page.

Step 7: Input the obtained verification code, click [Submit], select the payment method, and complete the payment. The damaged and renewed driver's license business is submitted successfully. The user can view the business processing progress at any time through the [Home] → [Online Processing Progress] function.
