How to apply for an electronic driver's license?

Step 1: If you are an unregistered user, please use your mobile phone to download the "Traffic Management 12123" APP to become a registered user.

Step 2: Registered users please log in the "Traffic Management 12123" APP, which can be found in the "Traffic Management 12123" APP home page - [Business Center] or [My Driver License] module and enter the [Electronic Driver License] module

Note: Please confirm the status of your driver's license before applying. If the status of your driver's license is revoked, revoked, cancelled, transferred out, locked, out of use or other conditions that cannot be used normally according to law, you cannot apply for an electronic driver's license.

Step 3: After entering the [Electronic Driver License] application page, the system will automatically prompt "You currently meet the conditions for directly using the second-generation ID card to apply for an electronic driver license, do you want to continue to apply". If you select "Apply", the system will prompt "Application has been submitted", and you will receive the application results pushed by the APP within one working day, or you can use the [Online Office Progress] Query the current business processing progress

After successful application, you will receive a message push prompt in the "Traffic Management 12123" APP, and check the [Motor Vehicle Driver's License (Electronic Version)] in [My Driver's License]
