Yesterday's military uniform and today's armour were removed, and the original mind was like a rock before starting. On September 6, Yulin Fire Rescue Detachment held an exit ceremony for firefighters in the summer and autumn of 2023. Five retired firefighters carried their bags on their backs. With deep nostalgia for fire fighting and unlimited love for their second hometown, they waved goodbye to their comrades in arms and the camp where they grew up day by day, and headed for a new journey.  

The ceremony began with the solemn singing of the national anthem. The leader of the detachment read out the withdrawal notice and expressed the most sincere wishes to the five quitting firefighters, hoping that they would make achievements in their new jobs and new life journey. Later, they would remove their hat badges and shoulder badges. The four retired firefighters stuck to their posts and made selfless contributions. They left their best youth in the fire fighting. Although their shoulder straps were removed, their armor was still there. Their solemn commitment was to "call back if there was war".  

Another salute and another hug for the comrades in arms. They put on shoulder straps, wrapped their laughter and meeting clothes, waved goodbye to their second hometown, embarked on the journey back to their hometown, and pursued a new chapter in their dream life.
