At the symposium between the provincial government and foreign banks, the executives of foreign banks expressed their good impression of Henan and put forward their most concerned issues.

What is the driving force for the growth of Henan banking industry in the first four months of this year? What is the proportion of intermediary banking business in the whole banking business?"

Liu Lin, senior manager of Bank of East Asia, asked: "How can foreign banks fully enjoy the policy of the rise of central China and open branches in central China like Henan as soon as possible?"

Chen Guohua, President of Singapore DBS Bank Shanghai Branch, asked: "What are the main industries for foreign investment in Henan?"

Yan Xiaojiang, the head of Dah Sing Bank in China, asked: "What is the financial talent reserve in Henan?"

Liang Zhenye, manager of Hang Seng Bank, said: "Personal finance business is Hang Seng's strength. We would like to know the development of Henan personal loan business such as real estate."

The questions of the members of the delegation of foreign banks were enthusiastically answered by the head of the provincial competent department. "At present, there are no foreign banks settled in Henan." Xu Feng said that the CBRC will speed up the approval process for the application of foreign banks to fill the regional gap, shorten the preparatory period as far as possible, encourage foreign institutions to set up sites in the mainland, and make the layout of foreign banks more reasonable.
