0 Introduction

With the progress of the times, the economic take-off, the accelerating process of urbanization and the continuous expansion of the city size, the number of office buildings, commercial buildings and residential buildings is increasing, and the energy consumption is also increasing. The energy consumption of lighting system accounts for a large proportion in the total energy consumption of buildings, about 40% of the total energy consumption. In response to the country's call to vigorously develop intelligent technology and adhere to the principle of energy conservation first, green and low-carbon, the concept of green lighting was introduced in the construction industry. Its central idea is to make greater use of natural light sources, through scene mode controllers, illuminance sensors, dynamic and static sensors, infrared sensors and other equipment, under the premise of meeting the lighting needs, Achieve the purpose of energy conservation. Intelligent lighting system came into being under this background [1].

1 Working principle and application advantages of intelligent lighting system

1.1 System working principle

The intelligent lighting system applies advanced technologies such as computer technology, electromagnetic voltage regulation technology, electronic induction technology and network communication technology to regulate and control lighting lamps through a unified management platform. Intelligent lighting system generally consists of four parts: system control equipment, input equipment, output equipment and load equipment. The input equipment (switch panel, body sensor, time controller, etc.) receives the control signal and sends it to the system control equipment (centralized management controller); After analyzing the received control signal, the centralized management controller sends the adjusted signal to the output device (dimming control or switch module); The output equipment dims and switches the load equipment (lamps, etc.) through the control module [2].

1.2 System application advantages

(1) Labor cost saving: the intelligent lighting system is controlled according to the preset mode and matching sensors, and adopts the control mode of automatic control as the main and manual control as the auxiliary; In general, the system does not need manual control, and can automatically switch and adjust lamps, greatly reducing the cost of manpower and material resources in management [3].

(2) Improve lighting quality: the application of intelligent lighting system can control the overall illuminance value of each area, and automatically adjust the lighting mode and illuminance according to different needs to meet the lighting needs of different scenes.

(3) Extending lamp life: The main reasons for lamp damage are cold shock and grid voltage. The application of intelligent lighting system can smoothly adjust the circuit voltage, which can not only control the voltage of the lighting circuit to 220 V and below, extend the service life of the lamp (up to 2~4 times the service life of conventional lamps), but also reduce the maintenance and replacement costs of the lamp and reduce the overall cost.

(4) Energy conservation and environmental protection: the intelligent lighting system can adjust and control most of the lamps according to different scenes, periods, environments and people flow, and make full use of natural light; Some unnecessary lamps can be turned off in some periods of time to avoid the appearance of permanent lamps, and 20%~40% of electric energy can be saved as a whole [4].

2 Design points of intelligent lighting system for office buildings

Taking the lighting design of the headquarters office building of an Internet company as an example, this paper introduces the design essentials of the intelligent lighting system. The office space of the office building is mostly large open office area, equipped with multi-function meeting area, catering and leisure area and other functional areas. The use area and lighting control requirements of the intelligent lighting system are shown in Table 1.

2.1 Design idea

According to the characteristics and lighting requirements of the office building, the Z-bus intelligent lighting system is designed, as shown in Figure 1. Z-bus intelligent lighting system is composed of server, controller, switch driver, dimming driver, intelligent LCD panel switch, sensor and system software, which can realize intelligent management and automatic control. The application of intelligent lighting system can greatly reduce operation and management costs and reduce energy consumption [5]. The intelligent lighting system server adopts industrial embedded design to ensure stable performance. The user can set parameters through the Ethernet interface, and use the computer, PAD or mobile phone App to access the control server to achieve remote monitoring and control of the lighting circuit. The system adopts CAN bus and Z-bus bus, with reasonable and stable architecture. Z-bus bus can not only supply power, but also realize communication function. It adopts AC24V safe voltage power supply mode, and has no polarity wiring. The system has stable communication and strong anti-interference ability.

2.2 System control mode design

The overall control flow of the intelligent lighting system is shown in Figure 2.

(1) Time control: switch the lighting in each area and switch the scene mode by preset time.

(2) Scene mode control: switch the lighting scene under different use requirements through the set lighting area scene mode.

(3) Dimming control: preset the illuminance range. According to the natural lighting conditions, the lamps in the area are adjusted through the illuminance sensor and dimming module at different times of the day, so that the illuminance is always within the preset range.

(4) Dynamic and static detection control: dimming or switch control of the light control scheme in each lighting area is carried out through the infrared body induction controller, dimming module and control module.

(5) Local control: the lamps in the lighting area are manually controlled and the regional scene is controlled through the intelligent control panel set locally.

(6) Remote control: manual control and regional scene control of the lighting area are carried out through the computer, PAD or mobile phone App [6].

2.3 Intelligent lighting design of typical places

2.3.1 Public corridor

The public corridor adopts infrared induction controller, time controller and intelligent control panel for intelligent control of lamps. The corridor lamps are divided into three control loops, of which the downlight is divided into two control loops (loop 1 and loop 2), and the lamps and light strips belong to the third control loop (loop 3), as shown in Figure 3.

(1) Peak hours of work in the daytime: automatically turn off the infrared induction controller, enable the time controller, and turn on the circuits 1, 2, and 3.

(2) Daytime working hours: enable the infrared induction controller, turn off the time controller, circuit 3 is always on, and circuit 1 and 2 are on when there is someone (turn off when there is no one).

(3) Night and daytime non working hours: enable the infrared induction controller, and the circuit 1 will light up when there is no person (turn off when there is no person).

2.3.2 Open office area

The open office area adopts infrared induction controller, time controller, illumination sensor, dimming module and intelligent control panel for intelligent control of lamps. Single lamp column control mode is adopted for station lamps, and lamp loop control is adopted for spotlights. The system can automatically adjust the illuminance and turn on lamps according to working hours, natural lighting conditions and overtime conditions. At the same time, the open office area is equipped with an intelligent control panel, which can be manually controlled as required.

(1) On duty hours: the lamps are fully turned on, and the lamps are automatically switched on and off and dimmed through the illuminance sensor and dimmer module, so as to control the overall illuminance in the area and improve the uniformity of illuminance, thus improving the working environment and personnel efficiency.

(2) Lunch break: automatically turn off the LED lights on the station, and adjust the illuminance of the downlight to create a better rest environment.

(3) Off duty hours (overtime hours): during off duty hours, all the lights in the office are turned off. When someone works overtime, the infrared induction controller senses that someone has entered, the system automatically lights up the lighting lamps in the passage area. At this time, the overtime workers can turn on the required lamps by operating the intelligent control panel, and can set the opening duration of the lamps, The system will automatically turn off the lamps at the preset time. If the lamp on duration is not preset, and the lamp power is not turned off when people leave, the infrared induction controller will not sense

When the personnel arrive, they will automatically send instructions to turn off the lamps.

2.3.3 Multi functional conference area

The layout of lamps in multi-functional conference area is shown in Figure 4. The multi-functional conference area adopts infrared induction controller, illumination sensor, dimming module and intelligent control panel for intelligent control of lamps. Various scene modes such as general meeting, projection speech and report are set for the multi-functional conference area. Preset lighting scene modes can be opened according to different needs to achieve different lighting effects.

3 Ankrui intelligent lighting control system

3.1 Overview

ALIBUS intelligent lighting products adopt RS485 bus technology, which is mature, reliable, safe and stable. The switch driver has the ability to work independently and is suitable for some small and medium-sized projects; The modular design allows arbitrary splicing and expansion. At the same time, I/O ports and Modbus interfaces are reserved, which can also meet the requirements of data exchange with the AcrelEMS enterprise micro grid management cloud platform.

3.2 Application site

It is suitable for the lighting control requirements of various intelligent communities, hospitals, schools, hotels, sports venues, airports, tunnels, stations and other large-scale public construction projects.

3.3 System structure

3.4 System functions

1) Detect and display the online status of each module in real time, feedback the switch status of the field controlled circuit, and browse the monitoring interface according to the layout and circuit list of each floor partition.

2) When the module is offline, the gateway device is offline, or the status feedback is inconsistent with the control command issued, a fault alarm will occur, and the fault alarm information will be recorded and displayed in the interface.

3) Single lighting circuit can be switched; Each module and floor has a corresponding module control switch and floor control switch, which can also be controlled by one module or the whole floor.

4) The switch driver supports the zero crossing trigger function, and the opening and closing operation of the load (lamp) is only carried out when the AC power passes zero; It can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference and impact on power grid, and extend the life of lamps and control devices.

5) The power down state can be preset for each lighting circuit. When the lighting power is powered down, the switch driver will automatically switch to the preset power down state; Ensure that the switch state of the lamp is determined and controllable when it is powered on again.

6) Drag the dimming control to dim the lighting equipment from 0% to 100%. Dimming control can be realized for a single lighting circuit. Dimming control can be realized for the lighting circuit of a module by the master dimming control. Dimming control can also be realized for multiple lighting circuits. The status of field switches can be fed back through the on/off status of icons.

7) Click the scene control to open or close the corresponding scene settings. The software interface displays different scene modes and scene functions, and the corresponding scene status is displayed by turning on or off the icon.

8) Set the timing time. After confirming the time point, set the action to be executed at the event point. The setting light turns on or off at the set time.

9) The system can automatically calculate the daily sunrise and sunset time through the preset local longitude and latitude information; Control the lighting switch according to the astronomical clock to realize the function of turning on the lights at sunset and turning off the lights at sunrise.

10) All timing control plans can be distributed and saved to the drive module; When the upper computer system fails or the module is offline, the drive module can use its own RTC clock to maintain the normal execution of the timing control plan, without affecting the daily lighting control effect.

11) The system structure is distributed bus structure; Each element in the system can work independently without relying on other elements; Various components in the system can achieve functional diversity through program setting.

12) BA or third-party integration platform interface shall be reserved, and modbus, opc and other methods shall be adopted.
