From March 2007 to February 2016, the defendant Wang Ping, when serving as the legal representative, general manager and former deputy director of the employment bureau of the labor dispatch company, took advantage of his position to misappropriate public funds for gambling and repay debts arising from gambling, and the circumstances were serious; Misappropriating large amounts of public funds for profit-making activities; The amount of misappropriation of public funds is relatively large and has not been returned for more than three months. The amount of suspected misappropriation of public funds is 47184978 yuan.

In the trial, the defendant Wang Ping did not disagree with the charges and facts charged by the procuratorial organ. In the final statement stage, Wang Ping confessed his guilt and punishment.
