Anhui procuratorial organ decides to arrest Xu Li according to law

Xu Li, the former chairman and general manager of Lu'an Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd., was suspected of corruption and bribery, which was investigated and concluded by Lu'an Municipal Supervision Committee and transferred to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution. The case was transferred by Lu'an People's Procuratorate to Lu'an Jin'an District People's Procuratorate for handling.
Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Jin'an District, Lu'an City made a decision to arrest Xu Li on suspicion of corruption and bribery. The case is being further handled.
