Li Lingxin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Procurator General of the Municipal Procuratorate, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Du Xiangping, a member of the Party Leadership Group and a second level senior prosecutor, presided over the meeting.

The meeting reported the city's criminal execution and procuratorial business data since 2023, commended the advanced collective of criminal execution and procuratorial work in 2023, and the county (city) and district courts exchanged speeches on how to do a good job in criminal execution and procuratorial work.

Li Lingxin put forward three requirements on doing a good job of criminal execution and procuratorial work in 2024 and striving to enter the first square of the province:

First, we should focus on politics and polish a clear political background. We should adhere to the absolute leadership of the Party over procuratorial work, continue to promote the procuratorial practice of Xi Jinping's rule of law thinking, deeply understand the basic connotation of "three good qualities" proposed by Procurator General Ying Yong, accurately grasp the practical requirements of "three good qualities", practically integrate the "three good qualities" into the whole process of procuratorial work, and well implement the special actions of "procuratorial work to protect enterprises" and "people's livelihood", Grasp the key points of procuratorial work behind the evaluation indicators, and perform the procuratorial functions of criminal execution with high quality and efficiency.

Second, we should focus on the rule of law and be active in performing our duties. It is necessary to consolidate the supervision mode of "dispatch+patrol", ensure the safety of supervision sites and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the supervised personnel, strengthen the substantive review of "temporary leave relief" cases, optimize the case handling mechanism, not only supervise and correct the "paper sentence" and "money out of prison", but also prevent the reduction and release. To change the concept, the criminal execution procuratorial department should firmly establish the concept of "digital procuratorial is handling cases", deeply implement the digital procuratorial strategy, and increase the research and development of legal supervision models in the field of criminal execution procuratorial.

Third, we should work hard from the team building to create the inspection brand. We should implement the "talent cultivation" project. Actively carry out activities such as "two refinements and two excellence" business competition and classroom training, implement the "brand cultivation" project, continue to deepen the creation of "one hospital, one brand, one line and one feature" activities, and actively cultivate Anqing criminal execution and procuratorial characteristic brand. We should implement the "case excellence training" project, integrate the cultivation of high-quality cases into daily case handling, and carefully polish a number of national and provincial typical cases (events).
