Care for new business form and protect "heart" health

A few days ago, Funan County Federation of Trade Unions in Fuyang City launched the "Nangong School" of Funan Trade Unions at the labor union post station of the county passenger transport center - a new business activity of mental health lectures.

Li Hui, the director of the mental health department of the County People's Hospital and the national intermediate psychotherapist, was specially invited to give lectures on mental health problems in work and family life with the theme of "work and family". More than 30 new workers from the county freight industry listened to the lecture.

Li Hui first explained to the students what mental health is, and asked them not to have negative feelings about psychological problems, but to face them frankly and live actively. In the lecture, Li Hui adopted interactive questions to guide the workers in the new business type who participated in the lecture to talk about their psychological problems, and responded to their various mental health problems about the particularity of the type of work, the instability of working hours, and the tension between parents and children. Li Hui carefully analyzed the problems raised by the students by understanding their living habits, eating habits and working habits, and gave advice and suggestions to solve them. There was continuous interaction, active atmosphere and continuous applause.

"Through this knowledge lecture, I not only grasped the effective method of giving consideration to work and family, but also strengthened my self pressure resistance and adjustment ability, and deeply felt the care and concern of the trade union's' mother's family '. In the future work, I will learn to do my own psychological intervention, reasonably relieve the work pressure, and devote myself to work and life with a more positive spirit." Everyone expressed.

By the middle of May, Funan County Federation of Trade Unions had successfully carried out 13 phases of "Nangong School" (including Wuyi School), benefiting 1895 employees in total, including 4 phases of Wuyi School, benefiting 1530 employees; Phase 9 of "Nangong School", 365 inclusive employees. The implementation of the brand activity of "Nangong School" has further enriched the work and life of the staff and workers in the county, and improved their amateur cultural life.

In the next step, the Funan County Federation of Trade Unions will continue to play the political leading role of trade union organizations, and make due contributions to the trade union to write a new chapter in the development of Funan.
