The Anhui Provincial People's Procuratorate is the national legal supervision organ, leading the work of the people's procuratorates at all levels in the province, responsible for and reporting on the work of the Anhui Provincial People's Congress and the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial People's Congress, and accepting the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
