Summary: On March 22, Tao Fangde, Director of the Anti malfeasance and Infringement Bureau of the Provincial People's Court, was invited to the seventh municipal department level cadre training class of the Party School of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China to give a special lecture on "abiding by laws and regulations, being dutiful and far away from malfeasance and infringement crimes". Director Tao Fangde, starting from the analysis of the main problems facing our society at present, explained in detail what is the crime of dereliction of duty and tort, the causes of the crime of dereliction of duty and tort and its social harmfulness, and combined with relevant cases, stressed that public officials, especially leading cadres, should strengthen the rule of law thinking, enhance the sense of responsibility and overall situation, and effectively prevent the occurrence of dereliction of duty and tort crimes. This special lecture is the first lecture in our province to implement the ZBF (2010) No. 37 document and WBF (2012) No. 3 document, and carry out the anti malpractice and infringement tour into the party school.
