The "Ten Prohibitions" delineate the ideological "red line" and the "bottom line" of the behavior of the political and legal police. It is an important institutional achievement of the education and rectification of the national political and legal ranks, and also an important measure to promote the overall strict management of the party and the police. We will not condone the serious investigation and punishment of violations of the "Ten Prohibitions", so that the iron regulations ban becomes a live "high-voltage line".
