   Story Introduction

In an ordinary case of dangerous driving, the suspect did not admit his guilt and did not admit punishment. While he was very resistant to the prosecutor, he hesitated. The prosecutor was keenly aware of the hidden circumstances of the case. In order to let the system of pleading guilty and accepting punishment and leniency enter the hearts of the parties, the prosecutor investigated the family situation of the criminal suspect, and learned that the criminal suspect and his minor son in junior high school were dependent on each other, and that they were poor and lodged in two bungalows provided by the government.

After the prosecutor got hold of this situation, he quickly contacted with the local civil affairs department and the school to determine that the welfare house should temporarily assume the responsibility of guarding the minor son of the criminal suspect. After doing these things well, the prosecutor once again summoned the suspect to ask whether he or she would not plead guilty because he or she could not trust the child? The criminal suspect wept bitterly, saying that he was worried that he had "entered" the child without being cared for. He was very moved to learn that the procuratorial organ had done a good job in the follow-up care of the child. He sincerely pleaded guilty and pleaded guilty to punishment, and signed a written statement of guilty and pleading guilty to punishment in the witness of the lawyer.
